To me, an event is anything from a sit down dinner party to a a stand-up wedding reception, a solemn church gathering to a backyard fish fry.  Regardless of the type or scale of th e event, I compile as much information as possible- the location, the purpose, the menu, and the number of guests- so tthat I can truly customize the final aesthetic results.

In college, I participated in event design teams. With each event, I gained more knowledge of both creativity and organization.  I focus all my attention on the details of a particular event, from my flower purchases and gathering of materials to my staffing.   I believe in fully focusing on one event to ensure that it is as special as it can be.

As a lover of nature, my inclination is to customize the aesthetics of an event to celebrate the natural offerings of the season.   I achieve this not only by carefully choosing appropiate plant materials, but also by adding props and fabrics that emphasize the feeling of the season.
